Terms and conditions

Payment Terms: one half (50%) of total booking amount is due at time of booking to secure reservation. Remaining one half (50%) of total booking amount is due 7 days prior to the dates of stay (arrival date). If booking a stay within 7 calendar days of your arrival date, the whole balance for the stay is due at time of booking.

Refund Policy: if a stay is cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival date, all sums paid will be refunded in full; if stay is cancelled between 30 and 60 days prior to arrival date, 50% of all sums paid will be refunded; if stay is cancelled within 30 days prior to arrival date, no refund will be issued.
