We send entry instructions the day of your arrival after your unit is ready for access.

What are the parking options?

There are 3 primary parking options that we recommend to guests:

-314 Church St. - this is a tighter garage but is closest to the property. This garage is generally around $45 per 24hrs.

-126 4th Ave (right across from the Ryman Auditorium) If you don't mind a short walk, this garage is generally $20 per 24hrs.

-101 James Robertson Pkwy. (the Metro Courthouse garage) This garage is generally $10-15 per 24 hrs and has elevators that open up right at the intersection of 3rd Ave and Union St.

Is this property safe?

Yes!

For fire protection, all units inside this property, as well as all common areas, were constructed to current type III-A Building and Fire Code and the entire property is equipped with an automatic fire sprinkler system as well as an inter-connected fire alarm system. All units and each common hallway also has its own fire extinguisher.

For security, an extensive access control system was installed in 2022 that ensures unwanted visitors are not permitted to travel to any floor and/or unit that they are not welcome. Each specific unit is programmed uniquely so as not to give any other occupant or visitor of the property access to any other unit within the property. Additionally, all units are also equipped with privacy locks that can only be unlocked from inside the unit.

Is this area safe?

As with any densely populated city center, there is crime in Downtown Nashville. The Metro Nashville Police Department maintains a strong presence Downtown and is visible at all times to help keep all people safe while in this area

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel your stay more than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a full refund of your booking total (base rental rate + all applicable taxes paid). If you cancel your stay between 30 days and 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, we will refund at least 50% of your booking total (base rental rate + all applicable taxes paid). No refund will be offered if you cancel your stay less than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date.

Can we store our luggage?

Yes, this can be arranged 24 hours before your arrival or departure.

Can we have an early check in/ late check out?

We do our very best to accommodate these requests, but this is solely dependent on prior and/or future guests checking in or out on the same day that you request an early check-in or late check out for. We can let you know about early check ins/ late check outs 48 hours in advance.

Can we drop our luggage off before we park?

Yes - you can pull directly in front of the property in Printers Alley. Just treat this as a loading/unloading zone and please do not keep your car in the alley for more than 15 minutes.

What is the unit supplied with?

All lofts are fully stocked with all the basics!

-Bathrooms: toilet paper, ample amounts of wash rags and hand/bath towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hair dryers

-Kitchens: silverware, dishes, glassware (wine glasses, rocks glasses, Solo cups, disposable straws, etc.), baking sheets, all standard pots/pans, kitchen utensils (corkscrew, pizza cutter, tongs, spatulas, cooking spoons, knife set, etc.), paper towels, Dawn, dishwasher pods, kitchen rags and towels, salt and pepper, aluminum foil, cling wrap, cooking spray, toaster, blender, drip-style coffee maker, Maxwell House filter pods, sugar and a variety of creamers

-Living Rooms & Miscellaneous: Bluetooth-enabled AM/FM radio/speaker, playing cards and games (Uno, Yahtzee, Jenga), iPhone type-C and micro-USB chargers, complimentary umbrellas, iron and ironing board, broom and dustpan, hand-held vacuum

What is the noise level inside the units?

While noise is a very subjective thing, extensive sound-proofing was completed, under the guidance of an Acoustician and Sound Engineer; however, given the property’s location in a densely populated entertainment district, some noise can and often will penetrate into the unit. The units are all constructed with living rooms and kitchens on the exterior-facing sides of the property and the bedrooms in the interior portions of the property, which greatly reduces outside noise inside of sleeping areas. Additionally, every bedroom in the property has its own noise machine to help mitigate any noise from both inside and outside of the unit you are sleeping in.

Can we have groceries delivered to the unit?

Yes, and we recommend using a service like Instacart, GoPuff, or similar. We generally can receive grocery deliveries on the day of your arrival - please inquire for more details and to coordinate

How far in advance can I book?

We generally allow bookings up to a year (365 days) in advance.

How many guests do the lofts sleep?

Unit 201, 302, 402, 502- 8 guests maximum

Unit 301, 401, 501- 10 guests maximum

What is the address of the property?

Units 301/302/401/402/501/502 Enter at 209 Printers Alley Nashville, TN 37201

Unit 201 is accessed on the opposite side of the property at 209 3rd Ave. North, Nashville TN 37201

Can children stay?

Yes, we welcome guests of all ages! Please note: the guest responsible for booking a unit at this property must be a minimum of 25 years of age and must be staying at the property.

What are the check in and check out times?

Check in: 4pm (we will try our very best to get you into the property earlier when needed).

Check out: 10am (we do our very best to accommodate late check outs when needed)

Do you have cameras located on or inside of the property?

We have cameras located in all common area spaces inside and outside of the property (common hallways, the elevator, and the entry ramp/lobby). Per our insurance underwriters’ request, there is 1 single camera on each balcony of the property. There are no cameras anywhere inside any of the lofts.

These cameras are NOT actively monitored but are there simply to provide an additional layer of security for the safety of our guests and the property as a whole, in the instance that an adverse event were to happen that requires review or further context.

What happens if we lose a key fob?

Please notify us and we can send you a code to access the unit.

How far are you from....?

The Broadway entertainment district: approx. 2.5 blocks; roughly a 5 minute walk

The 2nd Avenue entertainment district: approx. 1.5 blocks; roughly a 3-4 minute walk

Ryman Auditorium: approx. 3 blocks; roughly a 5-6 minute walk

Bridgestone Arena: approx. 5 city blocks; roughly an 8 minute walk

Nissan Stadium: approx. 0.5 miles; roughly a 10-11 minute walk

Are your units accommodating for individuals with disabilities?

Unit 401 features a kitchen and a bedroom/bathroom that are ADA compliant. All kitchen counter surfaces, the kitchen sink, as well as the range and dishwasher are compliant with current ADA Code. Additionally, the master bathroom features a roll-in shower, shower seat, and hand-held shower head. All doors inside this unit are a minimum of 36" in width. This unit also has additional visual/audio fire alarm components.

Units 301/302/401/402/501/502 are all accessible without having to traverse any stairs (the exterior entry has an ADA compliant ramp and there are no stairs to get to the elevator, which runs to every floor). All of these units also have a minimum 36" door width on all doors.

Unit 201 is only accessible from the staircase on the 3rd Ave N. side of the property and therefore is not ideal for anyone with difficulty traveling stairs.

Do you have a washer and dryer on site?

We do. These are located in the common corridor on each floor, so please let us know if you need to use them and we will provide you with the code to access them. All laundry rooms have laundry detergent and dryer sheets, so no need to bring any with you!

Why am I seeing Plot 41 LLC on invoices? (VRBO & Website bookings)

This is the LLC who owns/operates the property as a whole and is also the parent company of Majestic Lofts of Nashville.

Where can I book at, and how do I know it is a legitimate listing?

There are only 3 sources through which we accept bookings: direct bookings via our website (majesticlofts.com), AirBNB, and VRBO. All of our listings on both AirBNB and VRBO have at least 3 reviews each on each booking platform and this would differentiate our legitimate listings from any imitation listings. If you see any listings for our property that look like they may be suspicious, please inform us!

Can we have people come in to decorate the unit?

Yes, and there are several options in town! We recommend Bach Babes of Nashville for bachelorette/ birthday parties but welcome any other outside companies so long as they respect the property (painters tape only on sheetrocked walls, and nothing else that will leave behind a permanent mark or damage).

Do you offer cleaning services during my stay?

This can be arranged, per the guests request, for an additional charge.

Is there a security deposit held?

No, but there is a pre-authorization hold of $500.00 to cover potential damage which may occur during your stay; this hold is subsequently dropped within 72 hours of departure, so long as there are no damages to the unit or the property as a whole

How accurate are the pictures shown on your website?

In short, extremely accurate! All of our units feature different color schemes, artwork, and furniture so the unit you book on the website is the exact unit you will be staying in!

Please note: while all large furniture and appliances will consistently remain the same, some minor items (pillows, throws, rugs, etc.) routinely do need to be replaced. The same quality and general color scheme of everything in the pictures is upheld anytime we have to replace an item.
